Women’s Swimming and Diving Finish Third At College Conference Carnival at Rutgers

While third place may not seem that great, one thing to realize is that this event is for some of the top women’s swimming and diving teams in the nation and finishing third is very good. In the event were five other schools: Minnesota, Rutgers, Rider, Richmond, and Central Connecticut State.

The women’s swimming and diving team beat both Howard (124-87) and Drexel (150-123) to even their head-to-head record to 3-3. Sam Maccherola won all four events in which she took part in as she took gold in the 50 and 500 free, the 200 free relay, and 200 medley relay.
