The men’s lacrosse team not nearly as bad as their record indicated and their strength of schedule will show that. But the problem is Towson is the only team to play a tougher schedule. When looking at common games, Towson beat Delaware, both lost to Stony Brook by the same score, but Towson struggled a bit more against Maryland.

But the thing is, to be honest, UMBC should not lose another game the rest of the regular season. They have a lot of talent on the team but five straight nationally ranked opponents really hurt the team’s record. Assuming the losses have not caused the team to give up they have the talent to be a very good team.
