Women’s Swimming and Diving Beat Both Howard and Drexel

The women’s swimming and diving team beat both Howard (124-87) and Drexel (150-123) to even their head-to-head record to 3-3.

Sam Maccherola won all four events in which she took part in as she took gold in the 50 and 500 free, the 200 free relay, and 200 medley relay.

Abbey McKenney added two golds as she won the 100 in 53.02 and 200 free in 1:57.05.

Tereza Kaplanova swept the breaststroke with wins in the 100 in 1:08.63, and 200 in 2:26.42. She and Maccherola were apart of the 200 yard medley relay team which won in 1:50.33.

Rebecca Godwin won the 1,000 free, senior Lindsay Sherman won the 100 fly, and Kathryn Moorby won the 200 back.

Freshmen Tara Morrissette and Jennifer Kotonias earned golds in the 200 fly and 200 IM, respectively.
