Women's Swimming and Diving Takes Second Patriot Intivational Title in Three Years

For the second time in three years the women’s swimming and diving team won the Patriot Invitational as they scored 1,006 points.
The women’s swimming and diving team swepth the 200 fly as Jennifer Esposito took gold in 2:02.06 while Lindsay Sherman and Sarah Ryan took the silver and bronze, respectfully.
Junior Rebecca Godwin showed great endurance with a gold in the one mile swim in 17:08.13 while freshman Amy Fay finished third in 17:29.80.
Tereza Kaplanova won the 200 breat in 2:19.10.
In the 100 free Sam Maccherola won a silver as she finished in 51.50 while Abbey McKenney followed with a fourth place finish in 52.47.
Maccherola, Erin Wohlers, Ashley Miller, and McKenney combined in the 400 free in the final event of the meet to win a silver in 3:28.88.
Kelsey Fitzpatrick finished fourth in the 200 back in 2:05.75.
